SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Products are shipped ground 7-10 day delivery to locations in Canada and the U.S. where ground delivery services are available. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange only on regular priced items, that are either damaged or defective. Exchange requests must occur within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchange requests must be submitted by email accompanied by a copy of the receipt, and photos showing the issue to info@freckleandspot.ca.
